EstBB-UKBB GWAS meta-analysis of metabolic biomarkers

This PheWeb presents the GWAS meta-analysis of 249 circulating NMR metabolic biomarkers profiled in the Estonian Biobank and UK Biobank. The analysis is based on 599,249 individuals of predominantly European genetic ancestry (meta_EUR).

Summary statistics displayed on this website are from the study “Genetic analysis of circulating metabolic traits in 619,372 individuals” and should be cited when using these data or results.

This site was built with the PheWeb platform, all genomic positions are reported on GRCh38.
